(A) In case of Individual/Proprietorship—– clear self attested copy of PAN and Aadhar of the individual.
(B) In case of Company—— COI, MOA and AOA and PAN and Aadhar of any of the Directors (self attested with stamp of the Company)
- Step 1 Provide us with the name you wish to get trademarked preferably with a well-designed logo.
- Step 2 We will check the chances of getting the mark registered and guide you with the future course of action.
- Step 3 Provide us with the PAN and Aadhar of the concerned person on whose name the mark is to be registered or other Documents in case of Company.
- Step 4 We will file and provide you with the Trademark filing receipt. Now you can start using TM on your mark.
- Step 5 Within 3 months of Filing the mark, the Trademarks registry either raises an objection or accepts our application.
- Step 6 If the Trademarks registry accepts the application, the trademark will be advertised in journal and you will get the registration certificate, if the objection is raised the reply needs to be filed with the Trademarks registry within 30 days.(which most of the people miss).
- Step 7 After filing the reply to the objection, the Trademarks registry either accepts the reply and the mark is advertised in the journal or the matter is adjourned for hearing.
- Step 8 In hearing it depends on the judge to grant the mark or reject the application.(hearing date is provided over the mail)
